Instructions

Please fill out this form completely. Note that all fields are required. If you have no information for a required field, please put "0" or "none".

After you have filled out the form and clicked the "Calculate Dues" button at the end, you will then have a chance to review your information and the amount of dues to be paid. You will be able to choose whether to pay online via Paypal or print your confirmation and send it with a Check.

Your membership information was recorded via the Registration form you just filled out. This information is needed to correlate your payment to you online account info. You will receive an email confirming your account activation once we've confirmed your payment was received.

If you have a PayPal account, we prefer that means of payment. Otherwise, click the "Pay By Check" button to get a simple receipt you can print and mail to us with your check.

If joining in Nov or Dec, payment includes prorated dues for this year and full payment for next year.

Note: if you click "PayPal" and are not automatically redirected to the PayPal website, you can manually log in to PayPal and send your payment to "treasurer@sfbapa.org"
