Paraglider pilots who are visiting the San Francisco Bay Area can fly the BAPA regulated sites provided that they fulfill certain criteria and that they are in possession of appropriate proof of proficiency.

To apply for a site sticker you must present yourself in person to the appropriate Site Administrator. This is so that the necessary paperwork can be done and proof of USHGA membership can be presented for validation. Sticker renewal can be done through the mail. While membership in the club that administers the site is not always strictly required, it is highly recommended, in order to receive monthly newsletters with the latest site-specific information.
