The application and waiver can be filled out in advance and then countersigned by Dan after the site intro.  You will also be given a Mori Point-specific helmet sticker.  The "regulations" document combines the existing regulations for the Stables with new Mori Point-specific restrictions.  Becoming familiar with this information before the site intro would be useful.
